The Challenge Faced
The client's monolithic legacy system had become a critical bottleneck, severely hindering their ability to innovate, scale, and respond to rapidly changing market demands. The migration had to be executed with absolute zero downtime, ensuring a seamless, transparent transition for their global user base spanning multiple continents and time zones. The Solution Delivered
We implemented a sophisticated, phased migration strategy utilizing the Strangler Fig pattern, which allowed us to gradually replace the monolithic system component by component without disrupting operations.
